Return procedure
Please complete the return form in your order details once you log in to your account to let us know the details of the product and the nature of its defect.
Following receipt of your request, we will analyze it as soon as possible. Thereafter, we will quickly inform you of the procedure to follow in order to honor your guarantee.
Returns on purchases made within 7 days via our website will be made directly to our warehouse and the applicable freight and warranty charges will be honored directly by Adult Connection. Once your request has been accepted, we will email you a return form to attach to your package so that you do not have to pay the delivery costs.
