Orders will only be shipping out Monday-Friday
Larger orders or special requests may require additional time to prepare and ship
With a minimum purchase of $100.00 or more shipping is no cost to you if you are located within Canada.
All orders are discreetly packaged There will be no mention of Adult Connection on the parcel except for the shipping lable.
⚠️ Due to changes with duties required to cross the boarder, we will not be shipping to the United States until further notice. We truly appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your support.
If an item you have purchased has gone on sale you will not recieve a refund do to that reasoning.

All orders are shipped from our store in Sarnia, Ontaro, Canada
Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address you provide
All orders over $100.00 (before taxes) qualify for FREE shipping
We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing is approximately 1-2 business days, but may be extended during holidays and large sales. Delivery times are based on non-rural addresses. Deliveries will not take place on weekends or holidays. Adult Connection does not make any guarantees for shipping times and cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been shipped. We currently ONLY ship to Canada.
All shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout based on your location. Orders placed over $100.00 will qualify for free shipping within CANADA. Orders under $100.00 will be subject to shipping and handling fees.

Out Of Stock Items

We cannot guarantee availability of product; on occasion items may unexpectedly be out of stock and unable to be shipped with an order. In this instance, we will contact the customer by email and notify them of the situation; items may be substituted upon request or a refund will be issued for the missing product. If a response is not received within 48 hours, the amount of the missing product will be refunded and the order will be shipped.

Ship To Store

When you submit an online order you have the option for your order to be shipped to our store. Once your order arrives in store you will be contacted by the store staff letting you know your order is available for pickup. Your order will be held in store once contacted for 48hours (unless stated otherwise). If you have not entered either a valid email address or phone number we can contact you within that 48hours your order will be dissasemble and you will not recieve a refund. Even if you choose pickup in store that doesn't neccesarily mean you will recieve your order that day. Please take that into consideration when checking out.
